We officially represent (through a joint venture agreement) the landfill of Drisla, Skopje, Macedonia. We take care of the removal and transportation of waste.
This landfill is one of the largest in Europe with an area of 76.3 hectares or 26 million m3. Today, the residual capacity is about 19 million m3. It is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It belongs to the Macedonian state by 20% and 80% belongs to FCL Ambiente, a company for which we are official representatives.
The main activity is the recycling of waste, according to the National Classification of Activities, the treatment and recycling of non-hazardous and hazardous waste, trade of electricity, steam and air conditioning supply, collection of hazardous waste, treatment of separate materials.
To such purpose, the facility has a dedicated area of waste recycling; ground material to cover waste, primary and secondary facilities, equipment and machinery, and also it is equipped with an incinerator of medical waste.
